The Kitchen Sink “Everything But the Kitchen Sink” comes with crisp mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, turkey, ham, bacon, various cheeses, hard-boiled egg, green olives, sweet onions, alfalfa sprouts, artichokes hearts and croutons. We even throw in the dressing.    8.95

OFF THE GRILL

Side choices are: Irish fries, potato salad, cottage cheese, sliced tomatoes, coleslaw or a small salad.

Substitute the above with onion rings or soup or sweet potato fries for only 1.50 additional charge.

The Irish Dip  This is great. Thinly sliced sirloin cooked to perfection and served on a fresh grilled sub roll with au jus sauce on the side.       7.75

The Reuben  Choice of lean corned beef or Pastrami or turkey breast with sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing and melted Swiss cheese on grilled marble rye bread.   7.75

Tanque Verde Turkey Tender breast of turkey, green chilies, melted cheddar and jack cheese served on marble rye bread.          7.75

Corned Beef & Cheddar Melt Lean corned beef cooked to perfection and smothered with melted cheddar cheese on a grilled sourdough roll.        7.75

Chicken Santa Fe Grilled breast of chicken with green chilies and pepper jack cheese topped with sour cream and served on a fresh grilled wheat bun. Very tasty.    7.50

We feature only Angus Beef Burgers grilled to order served on a fresh bun with your choice of: Irish fries, potato salad, cottage cheese, sliced tomatoes, coleslaw or small salad.

The Pub Burger  A 1/3 pound burger grilled your way with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles. Another Pub pleaser.         6.50

Killackey Burger “The Big Bad Boy” takes a bit longer to prepare. Its 2/3’s pounds of Angus Beef grilled to taste with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles.     8.50

Paddy’s Melt  A 1/3 pound burger with cheddar cheese and grilled onions served on marble rye bread. Paddy likes his cheddar.        7.75

B.B.B.   A 1/3 pound blue cheese bacon burger grilled your way and topped with crisp strips of bacon and our special blue cheese sauce.      7.75

Mason’s Mushroom A 1/3 pound burger with Swiss cheese and grilled mushrooms. Mason knew his burgers and has to have his mushrooms.       7.75

Sonoran Burger  A 1/3 pound burger seasoned with Cayenne pepper. We top this with a green chili strip and melted pepper jack cheese.       7.75

Western Cheeseburger A 1/3 pound burger grilled your way. This one comes with BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, onion rings and bacon.        7.75

The Dublin  A 1/3 pound burger served with garlic, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Don’t go kissing the Lassies after eating this one.       7.25

Garden Burger  The “Original” garden burger for the veggie lover in all of us. This sandwich comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and alfalfa sprouts.     6.50
